Josh Boone. Director: The Fault in Our Stars. Joshua Boone is an American filmmaker and producer from Virginia Beach. He directed The Fault in Our Stars, Stuck in Love and The New Mutants, a horror themed spin-off of the X-Men films. Had Disney not bought Fox, Boone would have made New Mutants sequels. He also created the miniseries The Stand.
