Yûsei Matsui. Writer: Assassination Classroom. Yûsei Matsui is a Japanese manga artist known for creating the manga series of Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro and Assassination Classroom. He was an assistant of Yoshio Sawai, the creator of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo (Neuro's Shirota Masakage made a cameo appearance in Shinsetsu Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo). He provided the voice of the mangaka in episode 25 of the Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro anime.
